No. Magnification does not remove the need for appropriate anaesthesia and it cannot guarantee that a tooth will heal or remain problem-free. Root canal outcomes are influenced by many factors, including the condition of the tooth, its anatomy, the extent of infection, the quality of cleaning and sealing, the final restoration and ongoing dental care.
